Leaders need a safe place to practice the new leadership skills required by today’s organizations. To that end, PDSA Consulting facilitates the development of visionary leadership by conducting off-site leadership retreats and monthly on-site leadership meetings. We believe that even the best improvement initiatives will ultimately fail in the absence of inspired leadership to support and maintain the accompanying cultural shift.
We work with leaders on listening, communicating, and presentation skills. We also focus on the interdependence of systems, learning, and human behavior. Each of these affects the others giving vision, meaning, direction and focus to the organization. This understanding allows leaders to use knowledge and imagination to meet current needs without compromising the needs of future generations.

We also provide one-on-one coaching to meet personal and/or organizational goals. As coaches, we create an environment in which people can openly share their goals, discover / recognize their strengths and determine actions that will help them reach those goals. Early on, we clarify roles and hold them accountable by asking them what actions they plan to take. We check in with them periodically to regarding what’s working with them, where they might be getting stuck, and helping them to identify what support they may need to continue to move forward.
