Team Building:

We have too much work and not enough time ... people are torn: "Do I get through my email or do I get my work done?"

It is not enough anymore to have each individual on a team work really hard and accomplish their tasks. This only gets the group to an equation of 1+1+1=3.

The whole is much greater than the sum of it's parts when team members have trust in each other and a sense of camaraderie in accomplishing organizational goals together. With these High Performing Teams, you find an equation where 1+1+1=7!

• Provided training on team formation, development and work styles to finance departments for City of Bellevue, DCLU (Seattle), and GNA (Seattle).

• Providing consultation and facilitation to department leaders and teams at Puget Sound Energy on improvements to operating practices, department reorganization, planning retreats, helping the teams define their goals and objectives, and facilitating analysis process and development of appropriate action plans.

• Provided strategic advice and facilitation for PSE's Baker River Relicensing process. Ensured the diverse interests of stakeholders (local, state, and federal representatives as well as NGOs) have been met throughout the course of drafting a settlement agreement.
