This forms a basis of trust and helps crystallize the lens and allows everyone at the table to move toward a common solution to mutual problems.

We also provided strategic advice and facilitation for Puget Sound Energy's successful Baker River Relicensing process. PDSA Consulting ensured the diverse interests of stakeholders (local, state, and federal representatives as well as NGOs) were met throughout the course of drafting a settlement agreement.
